bulletDear Cheryl

I just wanted to write to tell you that I am INCREDIBLY PLEASED with the FUFU metallic threads that I bought from you at the AEC Conference. I have been designing like crazy these past few weeks and have been using the gold and silver metallics all the time. I have never, EVER, been so happy with a
thread.   I don't know what magic they have done, but this thread is almost perfect.  I have been using metallics for my prayer shawl business for the past eight years and believe me when I say that I know the way of this stuff. I am used to baby sitting my embroidery machine because no matter what needles, what
tension, or what stabilizer I used to embroider metallics on heavy weight satin that has been backed by flannel, THE METALLIC THREAD WOULD BREAK JUST ABOUT EVERY TIME I WOULD STITCH OUT ANY DESIGN. Sorry for the shouting, but it is one of my burdens. (sigh)    Anyway, I am so in love with your FUFU metallics I am actually considering not jumping off my roof anymore. (Just kidding!)   And, AND, let me also say this as long as I am on a rant-the pre-wound bobbins I bought from you guys is also the very, very, very best I have ever, ever tried. No lint, no thread nests, it works just as well with the metallics as with any rayon or poly I have and it seems to last forever!    Your products have indeed made my life easier and more fun. I am definitely going to stop all my antidepressant medications (just kidding) and look forward to my daily work with renewed joy and vigor.  I have been making up a wish list of threads I want and need AND MUST HAVE, so you will be hearing from me soon. But I just had to let you and everybody else know how much your stuff has been worth to me as I tested and tested and tested your threads these past weeks.

bulletHoly Bifocals  Batman,

I  just want to tell you that the small lettering for Planning Development is  fantastic.  The lettering is sharp and looks like the original font and we sewed 48 caps at 800 SPM without a thread break.  You're thinking "of course", but between that and the great blend on the sand on the front logo, the rush  job went smooth and came in a day early.  We set aside two days on one machine for that job because that's pretty much all the time the customer gave us.  Your logo and the caps came in on the same day. It was the only "short notice" job last week and thanks to you guys it went great.  I just wanted to let you know and say thanks for the fast turn around and a great job.

Great job with the last logo. Super fast turnaround and it sews smooth. . . of course.   Hope you're feeling better.  You said something a few weeks ago that has ended up saving us some trouble.  You were talking about fonts and widths of stitches and you said something about adjusting the pull comp.  Well, we have
this font called custom script, which is awful because it is sooo thin.  So Debi is trying to make some lettering to match a customer's business card, which is sort of like custom script, and I told her " Don't  use that, it won't work".  She asked why and I told her she'd need some negative pull compensation to make that
work.  So she did.  Apparently we can control the satin and tatami pull compensation, which makes the stitches wider or narrower.  Cool.  Now three of my fonts that were totally unusable are now on
moderately unusable.  Big discovery for us.  Our users manual is written mostly in Japanese and online help outpaced our version of WinPG about two years ago.  I just thought I'd let you know you help us even when you don't know it.

Thanks
Chris and Debi.

bulletDana - please let Jerry know the logo sewn out on a black hat looks sooo good!!! The customer loves it - we love it - everybody loves it - he even increased his original hat order.  Thanks for the great job!
